Thank you for choosing Skyward. We are committed to delivering our cutting-edge AI technology to our global partners and customers with speed and reliability.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. For specific high-demand items, we may also utilize our satellite warehouse in Los Angeles, USA to expedite domestic delivery within North America.
2. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• In high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 2 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We primarily use premium carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure the safety and speed of your AI eyewear.
• United States: 7 - 10 Business Days (via UPS / DHL Express)
• Europe (UK/EU): 8 - 12 Business Days (via UPS / FedEx)
• Australia / NZ: 7 - 10 Business Days (via DHL)
• Rest of World: 10 - 15 Business Days (Standard International)
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Skyward is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
